Teaching Videos included in this bundle are:
A. Clarify Your Work-Life Vision + action sheet: you will discover how to break down & own your Work and Life Priorities. You will learn practical ways on how you can intentionally work towards achieving your vision in your work and life.
B. Time management for working mums + action sheet: Rather than addressing time management from the things you need to do to manage your time, you will discover internal changes you need to make in this video. You will discover how to "manage" your time effectively on making your vision a reality in small doable bites using a very easy technique.
C. Dealing with working mum guilt + action sheet: you will discover helpful strategies on ditching your guilt. By applying these strategies you will come clean about your guilty feelings and assess whether or not they’re justified. You’ll also learn some helpful tips to free yourself from these toxic thoughts.
D. Managing Stress for Super Working Mums: you will discover practical ways to keep your stress levels to a minimal. You will identify good and bad stress and how to cope with everyday challenges that have the tendency to stress you out.

These teaching videos were first created for mothers in the Super Working Mum Academy (previously and have now been made available to you for any contribution of your choice.
We are doing this for two reasons:
1. To empower more Christian mums so they can move from living a mediocre life to a life of purpose
2. To raise money for the upcoming Empowering Mothers conference happening in September 2019. This is a free conference for mums to attend however it is not a free conference to execute. It costs £40 per delegate to cover the cost of the conference.
